TikoFrom dusty roads and persistent water shortages to one of the most admired councils in Fako Division, Tiko's transformation is impossible to ignore.

At the centre of this visible progress is HRH Chief Dr. Peter Ikome Mesoso III the distinguished gentleman whose leadership has become closely associated with sustainable development.

When he assumed office in 2020, Tiko Council was confronted with infrastructural challenges. Today, the municipality presents a different picture improved road networks, greater access to clean drinking water, upgraded schools, strengthened health facilities, a cleaner and more vibrant environment.

Driven by strategic partnerships, unwavering commitment, and a people-centred approach to governance, Tiko has emerged as one of the leading councils in the South West Region and continues its journey toward becoming one of Cameroon's model municipalities.

Tiko is demonstrating that lasting development is not built on promises alone, it is built on vision, consistency, and measurable results.
